Location: Remote in the US

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers on a technical level, meticulously understanding their product specifications and design requirements.

• Provide insightful design proposals and feedback, translating customer needs into actionable design specifications.

• Spearhead the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), showcasing your expertise in crafting compelling proposals.

• Lead the development of AI/GPU use case technology roadmaps, driving innovation and aligning solutions with customer objectives.

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with customers on project scope, specifications, and timelines.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers, establishing regular communication channels and adeptly managing and resolving any escalations.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GPU server development

• Hardware engineering experience

• Customer engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in developing customized products, showcasing your ability to tailor solutions to unique customer requirements.

• A solid engineering background with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.

• Deep knowledge and expertise in AI/GPU hardware engineering design, enabling you to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate challenging communications with customers, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.

The base salary range for this position is $212,000 - $250,000 . Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com .
