Who You Are
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team, dedicated to implementing AI-based products within our Cisco Secure Product portfolio. This role demands an individual who is adept at productizing machine learning and generative AI models at an enterprise scale, and who thrives in navigating cross-functional and cross-portfolio challenges while keeping the customer at the center of all decision making.
What You’ll Do
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of advanced AI-powered security products.
Collaborate with product teams across the Security Business and the broader Cisco ecosystem to integrate AI capabilities.
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving generative AI space, translating the latest research into strategic opportunities for Cisco.
Drive products from conception to launch, balancing the needs of internal users and external customers, to deliver solutions that enhance Cisco’s security offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience at enterprise scale.
4+ years of with a focus on productizing AI and machine learning technologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in security with a passion for delivering impactful security solutions.
Ability to work across functional teams and manage products that cater to diverse customer bases.
Strategic mindset with a pulse on AI research and trends, capable of unlocking new capabilities for customers.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
