Description

We are currently seeking one or two individuals to join our client's expanding team as Property Supervisors. In this role, you will be responsible for front-line property management on assigned properties, including interacting with tenants, vendors, and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English.

  • Management experience is preferred, though not necessarily in real estate management. Experience may be gained from previous work roles, managing charitable organizations, or other relevant experiences.

  • Good organizational skills, including the ability to manage one's own schedule effectively on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Ability to work independently while utilizing company resources as needed.

  • Cam Reconsiliatoin experience

    Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical capabilities and discernment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

  • Detailed and have the ability to work independently

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • CAM Reconciliation experience

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property Management

  • Command of real estate

    • Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
