Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to support Engineering development of RF Front End Modules

The candidate is required to have excellent knowledge and hands on experience working with RF test equipment: multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter, power supplies

Should have excellent Soldering skills, and experience in using soldering iron, hot plate for component change and rework of multichip module assembly for Engineering development

Will be working under microscope for inspection and rework activities of PCBs, Flip Chips, die swaps, manual wire bond, 0201 / 01005 component changes.

Provide technical assistance to engineers and technicians when needed. Create proper documentation of test results and data collection

Must have the ability to understand schematics and diagrams to support basic troubleshooting and debugging of test equipment

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate must possess relevant experience working with RF test and measurements or an Associates’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics with min 2 years’ experience.

Excellent English writing and communication skills ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership.

Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Good understanding of RF basics and familiarity in handling RF devices in ESD environment

IC Package assembly experience is a strong plus

Proficiency in Bench level/trouble shooting electronic equipment

Excellent Organization skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $35.91 - $62.79 per hour . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
