Join our team as a Director of Quality Assurance and take the lead in ensuring our commitment to delivering top-quality products with efficiency and excellence. With a competitive salary ranging from $160k to $200k, you'll Work 6am to 2:30pm Schedule, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays, overseeing our Quality Department.

In this role, you'll direct the strategic planning for the Quality department, aligning it with company goals and objectives. You'll initiate and lead company-wide efforts to enhance our customer service experience through quality initiatives, mobilizing internal partners to address pressing quality issues and deliver timely solutions.

You'll set clear and achievable goals for our quality teams, delegating responsibilities and providing necessary support and mentoring. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and coordinating a comprehensive product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products.

Formulating and maintaining quality assurance objectives, you'll ensure alignment with production procedures and overall company objectives. You'll manage activities related to quality control, including oversight of vendors and suppliers, to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, services, and products.

Responsibilities

  • Mobilize internal partners to address and resolve pressing quality issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Set clear and achievable goals for the quality teams, delegating responsibilities and providing necessary support and mentoring.

  • Develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products.

  • Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives, ensuring alignment with production procedures and overall company objectives.

  • Manage activities related to quality control, including oversight of vendors and suppliers, to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, services, and products.

  • Analyze and evaluate information concerning business situations, production capabilities, and design and development of new products for consideration by the management team.

  • Develop and maintain a quality system to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within the program, according to company goals and policies.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Quality Assurance Manager, ISO Manager, QC Supervisor, Final QC, Cross-Section Lab, and Electrical Test teams.
