About the Role

Candidates will have a passion for Human Resources within a fast paced, retail or service environment. and enjoy leading cross functional projects by partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and customer groups across Gap Inc.’s HR Team and our House of Brands, Athleta, Banana Republic, Gap, & Old Navy.

What You'll Do

  • You will lead and manage the day-to-day tactics/processes for transformational, high-impact portfolio across multiple stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business functions.

  • You will use data and project/portfolio management tools, (i.e. Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.) and creative design tools (i.e. Adobe suite) to successfully manage and execute employee facing products and programs at scale.

  • You will support senior HR Leaders to manage and effective intake process, and effectively and efficiently convey those needs back to our Centers of Excellence to create solutions.

  • You will use creative tools (i.e, Adobe Suite) to influence and communicate across stakeholder groups and the HR organization.

  • You will support the overall success of the HR Enablement Team through teaching, collaborating, and sharing solutions openly.

  • You can balance presenting to senior executives while at the same time diving deep into the details of a complex project portfolio.

  • You are adept at fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts diplomatically, and motivating team members to stay focused and productive.

  • You thrive on creating structured plans, breaking down tasks into manageable components, and meticulously tracking progress to ensure that every aspect of a project is accounted for.

  • You have a keen eye for spotting potential issues or bottlenecks early on and are proactive in addressing them before they escalate.

Salary Range: $122,900 - $178,100 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
