Our client is a prominent asset management firm.

Senior Accountant

San Francisco; Hybrid

Base + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure compliance of financial statements and tax returns with laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records.

  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable for timely processing and payment.

  • Manage corporate bank accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate-side regulations and procedures.

  • Develop corporate finance policies for expense control and approval.

  • Handle regulatory reporting to SEC and Korean Financial Supervisory Service.

  • Support fund-side accounting and auditing tasks.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years asset management experience. Including VC/PE/investment management experience, Fund administration or audit/tax with investment clients.

  • CPA preferred, especially with public/private mix.

  • Knowledge of Korean GAAP; huge plus

  • Proficiency in Korean; plus, not required

  • Must excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills essential.
