Robert Half is looking for a Project Coordinator for a permanent opportunity with a rapidly growing company. This hybrid role is in San Francisco, California. If interested, please reach out!

Key Responsibilities:

Well-Managed Project Budget Information (Project Coordination).

Includes: cost tracking & reporting; PCO tracking; accounts payable & invoicing & accounts receivable; budget review& updating

Timely, Well-Organized and Effective Job Documentation.

Includes: Newjob set-up andmaintenance in accounting and timecard systems; tracking subcontractor agreements and submittals; entering budget; obtaining permits and insurance certificates

Effective Risk Management. Includes: ensuring all contracts & insurance certificates are current foreach subcontractor on assigned projects; obtaining AI certificate for homeowner

Effective and Timely Job Close-Out Process & Package

Includes: works with PM to reconcile allowances; constructs, prepares and collects final billing; ensures receipt of lien releases and waivers

Effective Support of Production Team. Includes: communicates routinely with project manager and client; solves problems collaboratively with production team (project specific); ensures timely invoices from

subcontractors

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Project based accounting experience (i.e. industries including construction, architecture, engineering, etc.)

  • Will manage around 6-7 projects ranging in size, working directly with Project Managers

  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational & time-management skills

  • Sage 100 & Procore Experience
