Uber Performance Marketing Manager, B2B in San Francisco, California

About the Role

We seek a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to support our paid channel strategy and execution at Uber. You will support in crafting the global performance marketing strategy across our paid channels (SEM, Display, Social & Affiliate) and be part of the team that implements that strategy. You will work closely with regional leads to ensure the strategy is adapted to local challenges and opportunities. You will have a crucial role in monitoring performance, setting the standard for Paid Media strategy, and ensuring we do what is needed to reach our goals.

What You'll Do

  • Help build the paid channel strategy in collaboration with strategy & planning, operations, and finance teams.

  • Build plans in collaboration with our B2B channel management team that guide growth marketing execution, setting the correct priorities for each market.

  • Provide insights into how paid channels can address local marketing challenges.

  • Work closely with channel teams to turn initiatives launched by Uber into globally scaled solutions.

  • Proactively monitor and report on campaign performance and insights to internal and external stakeholders across business operations.

  • Analyze performance data to identify conversion trends across the funnel and advise on investment strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other business leaders with decision-making.

  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.

  • Has a well-rounded view of performance marketing and can turn large business problems into action plans that drive outcomes across Paid channels.

  • Strong business sense and communication skills with the ability to articulate clear narratives and performance outcomes.

  • A proactive, ambitious approach where you actively seek opportunities that enhance business growth impact.

  • Organized with the ability to establish and communicate priorities within a complex organization.

  • Experience working in ROAS performance marketing framework with familiarity with AdTech and incrementality measurement approaches.

  • Experience owning large Performance Marketing budgets.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$123,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$123,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
