Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time LEAD SERVER position.

  • Location: Heritage on the Marina - 3400 Laguna Street, San Francisco, CA 94123.

  • Schedule: Full time schedule; as business needs, weekends are required. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

  • Requirement: Previous food service experience is required. Previous lead, management, and/or supervisory experience is preferred. Senior living experience is a plus!

  • Perks: $1500 Sign on Bonus! Meal with shift! Shift and apron provided.

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.

  • Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.

  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.

  • Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.

  • Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
