**Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its labor and employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney.An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and it is anticipated that this position would have a billable hour expectation of 1200 - 1600. The ideal candidate will have at five years (class of 2018) of law firm experience in labor and employment. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and have strong analytical, research and writing skills.Deposition experience a plus. This position will be assigned to our Los Angeles office, with the option of remote work from a home office in California. Active California bar membership is required. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $155,000 to $235,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
