Job Description

* Administer, maintain, and oversee the company's JIRA instances across multiple projects and teams.

* Design, implement, and enforce JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate JIRA with other tools and applications.

* Provide expert-level support and training to project teams on JIRA functionality and best practices.

* Perform upgrades and configurations of JIRA software and plugins.

* Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure and stable operations.

* Lead and mentor junior JIRA administrators and support staff.

* Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and system changes.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with JIRA administration.

* Extensive knowledge of JIRA configuration, including workflows, security, and permissions.

* Experience with scripting in JIRA and proficiency in using the Atlassian suite of tools.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on training and collaboration.

* Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of project management processes.

* Certifications in Atlassian tools are highly preferred. null
