Responsibilities: Collaborate with company leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools including but not limited to: direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, college recruitment, and social media outreach. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various engineering and administrative positions. Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate position requirements and company culture.
