Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Healthcare (H) We are seeking to build a team of entry level Practice Coordinators for full-time, contract-to-hire positions with a leading medical provider. This is a great opportunity to launch a career in healthcare administration and high potential for conversion for exemplary candidates. • Hourly pay rate: $22/hr • Worksite: Leading medical institution, San Francisco, CA 94158, 94115 and 94143 and Brisbane, CA 94143 • W2 employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hrs per week, Initial 12 month assignment, Potential for conversion Entry Level Admin Assistant Responsibilities: • Greet and register patients, and other front office tasks • Handle routine back office clerical operations and communications • Handle insurance authorizations and referrals, maintain medical records, and other healthcare administrative tasks • Schedule appointments and other call related tasks • Be attentive to the needs of patients, staff and providers at all times, while being flexible in dealing with changing priorities and challenging situations Entry Level Admin Assistant Qualifications: • Administrative professionals with superior customer service and strong clerical skills • Experience with healthcare processes and terminology a big plus, but not required • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and web based systems • Four-year degree or medical certification is preferred • Comply with an extensive onboarding process and complete paid onsite training • Availability to work onsite at Brisbane and San Francisco campuses Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
