Summary:

The Small & Medium Business Group (SMB) works closely with clients as they grow and scale by enabling them to meaningfully connect with their customers across our family of apps. We are hiring a Director to lead SMB’s Demand Management team. This team works across channels to ensure we can contact our advertisers, market the right value propositions, and generate incremental high quality leads for the business. We are seeking a manager who is a proven influencer capable of aligning XFN partners on complex issues; a resilient self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and an always-evolving landscape; a strategic and operational thinker with creative problem-solving skills. You will work directly with Sales, Programs, Product, Marketing, Workforce Operations, and Data Science – ensuring that we are maximizing the value we provide to advertisers, and helping our sales people to be more efficient and effective.

Required Skills:

Director, Demand Management Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage an experienced team of Program Managers.

  2. Evolve our Demand Management vision to reflect the omnichannel, AI-driven business transformation underway.

  3. Develop and execute a strategy that ensures 1/ our sales people can expediently connect with advertisers in their books 2/ our advertisers are able to discover and engage with the services we provide.

  4. Partner with key cross-functional teams (Product, Channel Marketing, Operations) to increase the quality and quantity of leads into our channels.

  5. Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams on demand / supply matching, data monitoring, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in demand management, consulting, operations, sales, or product at large-scale organizations

  2. Influential strategist and leader. Experience setting, communicating, and leading through a vision with senior stakeholders.

  3. Effective manager. Experience leading teams towards a common goal with a high bar for execution. Experience managing a complex, broad scope.

  4. Change agent. Experience leading initiatives involving large-scaled organizational transformations. Grasp of the organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes.

  5. Expert communicator. Experience distilling complex ideas simply through a variety of mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.) and to zoom in and out effortlessly based on audience.

  6. Proven business analytics skills. Experience evaluating data to understand trends, developing frameworks, and performing analyses to guide strategy and implementation.

  2. MBA or Master’s degree in management, finance, technical, or engineering field, or equivalent experience.

$229,000/year to $291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
