Aston Carter Assistant Project Manager in San Francisco, California


This individual will be responsible to to lead multiple installations through third-party, as well as the coordination and evaluation of outside Third-Party partners. The person in this position will assist with formal site surveys, installation planning, and lead deployment roll outs.


  • Coordinate and schedule site surveys and installations

  • Prepare / inspect materials and paperwork for installations

  • Communicate site survey and installation schedules to external clients, internal team members (Sales, and any outsourced teams

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders

  • Coach other team members on installation and site survey procedures

  • Oversee installations and installation team, resolving any issues as needed

  • Manage the Equipment delivery coordination for installations

  • Data collects on all in-house installations and close all jobs out in our workflow management software when complete

  • Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance

  • Manage Plumbing Coordination and project management

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Manage install work Orders backlogs, track install work order aging, and communicate planned and ready backlogs to third party service providers and Techs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent in work experience

  • Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with equipment maintenance planning in a mid and high-volume environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, with a significant emphasis on Microsoft Excel

  • Extremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and group presentation skills
