Job Description

As our Admin you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of an office by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office functionality. This position involves organizing and scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. Our Admin is also responsible for providing support to management and staff, including coordinating meetings, managing databases, and assisting with project work as needed. Key skills for this role include strong organizational abilities, effective communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.

Qualifications

· Minimum age of 18 years old

· 1 year experience in office/administrative position

· Knowledge of MS suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets

· Ability to pass a drug screen

· Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
