Job Description

A leading global technology company is looking for a Technical Program Manager. Your role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining essential processes to ensure a smooth and consistent workflow. You'll use your interpersonal and soft skills to foster an environment of enthusiasm and teamwork, aiming to exceed customer expectations and advance technological boundaries. As a leader, you'll guide initiatives alongside Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Product, and Operations staff. You're expected to devise creative solutions to challenges, simplifying complex issues and communicating them effectively to motivate change. Working closely with executives, product managers, engineers, and various teams, you'll drive program goals to fruition. You'll swiftly pinpoint and address key issues and dependencies, presenting clear, actionable results, and balancing business priorities with technical realities. As a proactive self-starter, you'll oversee intricate details across technical and project domains, managing multiple scrum teams. Your role is to ensure business objectives are met promptly while delivering high-quality, practical solutions.

Skills and Requirements

A bachelor's degree in operations management or engineering is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management within an agile software development setting.

Familiarity with standard program and project management methods, tools, and techniques.

Proficiency in using Google Docs and crafting presentations for executives.

Strong experience with project management software like JIRA and Confluence.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices. A Master's degree or MBA is a bonus.

Having a background in Computer Science or experience in roles like software development, testing, or technical product management.

While not mandatory, a keen interest in gaming, digital entertainment, consumer electronics, and technology is beneficial.

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to adjust your message for engineers and executives, dive into details when necessary, and summarize information for high-level views. It's important to know what information is suitable for each group. null
