Our programs run the gamut of all things data, concentrating on the tools and technologies to manage, curate, operate, explore, discover, and utilize the 60+ petabytes of data across Intuit's ecosystem.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years Technical Program Management experience involving technology, business, and operational deliverables.

  • 4+ years of experience driving software technology-based programs and organizational change; strong proficiency in SDLC, especially Agile, required.

  • 2+ years of experience driving extremely large, data at scale, technical programs across multiple business units.

  • Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations.

  • PMI PMP certification is strongly desired.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Critical soft skills: collaborating, influencing, emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.

  • Experience in product or customer financial services is a plus.

How you will lead

  • Own a portfolio of data programs that crosses over multiple Organizations or across Intuit. Collaborate closely with Directors and above regularly to accelerate outcomes.

  • Eager to learn industry trends in data and overall Intuit strategy and facilitate the creation, contribute to and drive the execution of program strategies.

  • Identify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions, assess options, and provide principled and data driven recommendations to stakeholders for final decision.

  • Develop a high-quality program/portfolio management plan and breakdowns into pieces to be individually owned.

  • Execute against the plan and adapt to changes and pivots to ensure continuous and speedy delivery of business outcomes.

  • Serve as an Agile Coach (<25%) for a product group of teams in delivering on their goals, improving transparency, and promoting an environment of frequent reflection.

  • Establish mechanisms for the team to identify risks and issues and present recommended response plans to stakeholders.

  • Recognize, and work through resistance independently, work well with others and resolve team issues when conflicts arise: see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.

  • Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.

  • Use data to assess progress to plan and outcomes and use independent judgement to provide insights; communicate progress, trends, and insights to stakeholders.

  • Understand the impact of changes and type of change (process, technology and organization) across multiple functions and develop the change management approach and plan.

  • Evangelize change and contribute to the development of a high performing team by partnering with leadership to create a culture where teams are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely.

  • Identify and engage with stakeholders based on impacts of the change.

  • Define and implement program frameworks best practices that are repeatable and embody continuous high-quality improvements.

  • Navigate many different program areas with ease, drawing from experience to accelerate outcomes, predict challenges, and prevent failures.
