In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and

Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

In this role, you work to implementing robust, repeatable, standardized, and advanced technological solutions. As an SRE, you will implement the latest in automation, services, and infrastructure. You will be working on addressing existing problems with an eye to future technological needs. Site Reliability Engineers work a coordinated cross-capability team including Core Services, DevOps, Security, and IT Operations to achieve your project objectives. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format , with time split between working onsite and remotely .

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience: 2 years in the realm of Site Reliability Engineering.

  • Enthusiasm: A desire to deliver excellence and a focus on meeting user needs

  • Technological: An understanding of cloud technologies and service lifecycle management.

  • Infrastructure Automation: Experience in deploying capabilities and services through automation like Ansible or Helm Charts.

  • Storage Proficiency: Experience with storage technologies like NFS, JDFS, Ceph, Object Storage (S3).

  • Virtualization Experience: familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Open Stack, or Azure Stack.

  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues.

  • Clearance Ready: Eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

  • Security or equivalent or ability to obtain a Security within 90 days.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Orchestration: Familiarity in Kubernetes and similar technologies.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Coding: Experience with coding beyond simple scripting.

  • Clearance: Desired Secret or higher.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
