Amazon Games is looking for a Senior Publishing Producer to join our Tomb Raider Franchise team. In partnership with Crystal Dynamics, we are developing and publishing the next AAA Tomb Raider game.

Key job responsibilities

If you would like to join us, here is what you can expect in the role as a Senior Publishing Producer:

  • Join a publishing team dedicated to building and cultivating a global workforce that reflects the diversity of the Tomb Raider fan base.

  • Earn trust with your Amazon and Crystal Dynamics teammates.

  • Create and manage production processes including validating milestones, tracking development progress, and managing risk with multiple contributors including the development team, internal partners, and occasionally external agencies.

  • Use data and current tasks status to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules.

  • Implement development approval and review processes to ensure buy-in from product leadership, marketing leadership, and Amazon Games executive leadership.

  • Drive production communication for a multidisciplinary publishing organization including Development, QA, Business Operations, and more internal and external teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 12+ years of game industry experience.

  • 6+ years of professional experience managing or producing AAA games.

  • Experience with game project management and product processes (e.g., scrum, agile, etc.) like scheduling teams, managing external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for games!

  • Broad knowledge of game project management and product processes.

  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills.

  • Experience with live services and the complexities of running a live product.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $291,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
