We are a privately held company, that has been in operation for over 20 years. We specialize our manufacturing efforts in the biotech industry where we can offer top of the line services to researchers in the fields of gene therapy, nucleoside, chemotherapy, oligonucleotide therapy and diagnostics. This is a direct-hire, full-time position that will report to the San Diego location.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager you will oversee the Quality Systems to better improve the development, manufacture, and distribution of API's and research grade products in compliance with company standards and procedures along with domestic and international standards and regulations. You will also manage the CAPA program to ensure investigations are conducted and lead the organization Quality Review Board to ensure cross-functional review of issues.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
8 Years of Quality Experience in the Life Science Industry or Equivalent Industry
5 Years of Leadership and or Quality Management Experience
Strong Background in cGMP Regulations and Cleanroom Operations
