Job Description

Foresight Sports is the leading, most awarded and trusted golf launch monitor in the industry used by PGA Professionals around the world.

Foresight Sports is looking for a new team member to fill the position of RMA Lead.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Lead the RMA Team to perform based on the needs of the business.

  • Maintain and plan that all RMA personnel follow the applicable work instructions to perform repairs.

  • Check and record RMA inventory in stock on a regular basis.

  • Maintain the process for Inventory management within the MRP system for all performed repairs.

  • Ensure the proper unloading and staging of product and/or spare parts material within designated warehouse areas.

  • Take initiative to identify problems and participate in implementing solutions.

  • Escalate product and process issues to management and help with problem solving.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and regulations, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met.

  • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the RMA area.

  • Follow all company Guidelines, Safety and ESD Program requirements.

  • Review trending issues to report to Engineering

  • Manage special projects to build reports or provide information/action for engineering engagement and/or Quality Department

  • Interact with Senior leadership and other department leads to accomplish projects.

  • Travel domestically for onsite customer repairs.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficient soldering skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Experience using and maintaining an MRP system

  • High Skill set with Electronic Diagnosis

  • Understanding of how to maintain and operate within a static free workspace

  • Able to travel and interact with customers for onsite repairs
