Oneida Technical Solutions Program Manager in San Diego, California

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS), was founded in 2014 and quickly established itself as a reliable partner capable of providing a variety of information technology and cyber solutions across highly complex, highly regulated and highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, retail, casino gaming and more.

Our innovative cyber capabilities and programs have made us trusted partners for IT modernization projects, implementing upgrades and accelerating the delivery of new solutions for the DoD and commercial industries with consumer-driven technology.

We are bidding on a contract to provide engineering services to support the Business and Enterprise Information Systems Division of the Department of the Navy. The objective of this task order is to maintain and upgrade a production implementation of Zumwalt Operating Environment (ZOE), as well as Afloat & Ashore Business and Cybersecurity Enterprise Services in an Azure cloud environment for DDG 1000 Class, and other US Navy Ships. The existing ZOE network on DDG 1000 requires sustainment and modernization in the production cloud, as well as integration and implementation of baseline applications. Likewise, the Afloat & Ashore Business and Cybersecurity Enterprise Services, will require sustainment, modernization, and ap [1] plication integration. This task will also include development, upgrade, and maintenance of the Afloat & Ashore Business and Cybersecurity Enterprise Services, as well as deployment of Afloat & Ashore Business and Cybersecurity Enterprise Services for temporary network operations for Navy Ship Classes. Today, the tasking includes work within the Azure cloud environment, but alternatively may include work within AWS, Google cloud, or Oracle. The work shall take place primarily in San Diego, CA, but shall entail OCONUS and CONUS travel as required. The work shall take place at contractor facility, Government site, and onboard US Navy Ships

This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.

A key role on this contract is for our Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the successful performance of all work identified in the Performance Work Statement.

  • Perform all aspects of managerial duties including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, providing performance feedback, and coaching.

  • Possess a strong desire to provide excellent customer service solutions and interact with coworkers and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Plan and manage cost, schedule, and resources.

  • Direct, control and approve actions to meet or exceed program requirements.

  • Maintain traceability and integration between program plans and requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Quality, Safety, Security, and Training Programs as well as Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Identify and manage program risks and risk mitigation activities.

  • Monitor, manage, and report performance metrics to ensure contract compliance.

  • Develop corrective and preventive action plans.

  • Establish agreements with supporting organizations.

  • Ensure requirements are agreed upon by program participants and stakeholders.

  • Develop the program's labor and cost estimates and ensure adequate resources are allocated for the program's activities.

  • Schedule, prepare, and conduct formal customer meetings and reviews.

  • Introduce, advocate and execute process changes for continual improvement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience managing IT services in a DoD environment required.

  • Must possess IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+) Certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.

  • Must possess a TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at varying seniority levels and present to senior-level management.
