ARServices Program Manager, NAVWAR Pacific Administrative Support Services in San Diego, California

ARServices is seeking an IDIQ Program Manager for an upcoming and potential effort located in San Diego, CA. We are seeking an IDIQ Program Manager who can lead a team providing administrative support services while also managing multiple task orders for the Department of Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific). When managing specific tasks, you will be overseeing teams that provide some of the following support:

· General Administrative Support

· Supporting awards programs

· Mail Service Operations

· Classified Material Control

· Material Destruction

· Instruction Management

· Message Center Operations

· Conference Approval Administration

· Travel Services

· Facilities and Environmental Engineering (includes Facilities Cost Estimators, Facilities Community/Space Planning, Facilities Operation Support)

· Corporate Strategy (includes Data Management and Visualization, Analytical support, JIRA Administration)

· Corporate Communications & Public Affairs (includes Technical Publications Support, Staff Writing Support, and Protocol/Command Visits Support)

· Director of Operations Support (includes records management, conference approval administration, and corporate operations)

Besides serving as the on-site primary point of contact, the IDIQ Program Manager also conducts business development for upcoming IDIQ Task Order solicitations. This role is performed on-site in San Diego, CA at government facilities.

Some of the responsibilities for the Program Manager include:

· Manage and supervise multiple teams simultaneously

· Fulfill and manage open and ongoing staffing requirements

· Coordinate with the government contract leadership to resolve any problems in a timely manner

· Coordinate and conduct meetings to promote the effective and efficient management of this Program for the Government

· Create and brief Government contract leadership on IDIQ-level and Task Order-level deliverables

· Conduct business development for upcoming task order solicitations on this contract vehicle, including gathering requirements, working with teaming partners, and interfacing with ARServices Business Development Staff for support

· Oversee major requirements and deliverables from staff, providing guidance as necessary

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience supporting the Department of the Navy or other defense agencies with administrative support and program management

• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple contracts as part of an IDIQ vehicle

• U.S. Citizen

• Minimum Secret clearance

• PMP Certification or DAWIA-equivalent

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or something equivalent

• Experience in business development, sales, and/or responding to federal government requests for proposals
