The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Restaurant Manager to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Premium Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the operations of premium clubs, restaurant, and bars at Petco Park on event days. Seeking a candidate with fine dining experience, multi-site operations experience, and the ability to elevate the performance of the premium department. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66560 - $73700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Hire and train food and beverage associates of the clubs department; develop and inspire associates to reach their potential.

  • Provide job performance insights to associates; praise good work, offer constructive improvements when required.

  • Ensure company procedures relating to high quality service standards are always followed.

  • Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment.

  • Coordinate and supervise the club food and beverage associates and operation on event days.

  • Control staffing levels in an effort to maximize net returns to Delaware North and the client while maintaining guest service levels.

  • Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and associates.

  • Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.

  • Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting. Those with prior sports and entertainment experience will be given special consideration.

  • Fine dining experience and multi-site oversight are highly preferred.

  • Strong managerial and team-building skills are essential.

  • Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required.

  • Financial management accountability.

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
