Netsuite Administrator:

The Netsuite administrator will be responsible for overseeing Netsuite integration and testing. Working with other teams you will be responsible in ensuring that Netsuite meets business needs and provides technical support where needed to support our teams who use Netsuite

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for Netsuite Bundle Updates and managing them.

  • Creating configurations and customizations of Netsuite to meet business needs

  • To provide on-going systems and technical support for the Netsuite system which is already in place.

  • Responsible for generating reports, saved searches, dashboard etc.

  • Set up and maintain the workflow, processes etc.

  • Collaborate with software engineers and operations personnel to execute the Netsuite-oriented roadmap directed by Leadership.

  • To ensure system stability and reliability through the implementation of best practices in Netsuite administration and customization

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and implementation which aligns with Netsuite best practices and industry standards.

  • Guide Netsuite releases, updates, and enhancements, suggesting and implementing improvements aligned with Netsuite best practices.

Requirements

  • Netsuite Administrator Certification or relevant industry experience.

  • Three-to-five years of hands-on experience with Netsuite customization, data migration, saved searches, reports.

  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permission, page layouts, searches and reports and Netsuite data model.

  • Can demonstrate experience with CRM or other ERP systems.

  • Should be familiar with financial standards like 606 in Netsuite.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, ticket resolution, and on-time project completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $80,000 - $95,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
