The Semper Solaria Inside Sales Specialist is part of a talented sales team that ensures our customers have an amazing experience throughout the process of getting solar, a roof, HVAC, or battery. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of leads to successfully grow sales

  • Call and manage leads (no cold calls!) customers interested in purchasing one of our products

  • Answer questions and educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar, battery, roofing, HVAC and the steps required to complete these

  • Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with prospects and other teams information into Salesforce CRM system

  • Maintain a positive work environment

    Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile

  • Be able to work from home, or office with high speed internet for soft phone systems

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Zenifits, Aurora, Livechat, and Eagleview.) highly desired but not required

  • Be able to secure an HIS license
