Description We are on the hunt for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is vital to the daily operations of our human resources department, supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer management.

• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

• Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

• Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Facilitate employee development initiatives to foster career growth and retention.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Participate in HR projects such as policy development, HR system implementation, and process improvements.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Generalist for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Strong understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Demonstrable knowledge of Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software

• Experience with Benefit Functions

• Expertise in Compensation Administration

• Solid understanding of Compliance in HR context

• Excellent skills in Employee Relations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality

• Demonstrable understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRMS or HRIS)

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity

• Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation

• Commitment to staying informed on the latest HR trends and best practice.
