Job Summary
We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking a General Laborer who can confidently assist LB3 in building successful projects. If you love earthmoving, have a positive attitude, and love making an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.
You're Good At
Discerning problems that can be handled by yourself, and problems that should be handled by management
Handling field paperwork in a clear and concise manner
Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
Communicating with others including operators and managers.
Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).
