As a Senior Manager, UX Content Design working in Enterprise Services , you will lead the content domain across key areas of the product, focusing on spaces such as Marketplace, Connect and Creator tools. You'll set the team's vision for the best enterprise content experiences and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate. You will facilitate conversations, run workshops, create content processes to leverage the collective creativity, experience, and intelligence of partners in business, product management, engineering and analytics to create market-leading solutions. You'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and executives. You will create and champion the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work.

  • Crafting the strategic vision for the team, you'll oversee the team's workload as well as your own, making sure content has been fully briefed on the scope of work, then delivering a solution with cogent, on-brand product copy.

  • Solving complex problems with curiosity and openness.

  • Collaborating seamlessly and flexibly with cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization.

  • Proactively soliciting, leveraging, and sharing design research, competitive analysis, relevant metrics/KPIs to deliver strategic, engaging, impactful communications.

  • Thinking holistically through the entire ecosystem of end users and competitors.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or similar and 7-10 years of experience in UX content strategy/design (not product marketing)

  • 2+ years as a people manager

  • Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

DALLAS, Texas US-09648/BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.
