Insight Global Mobile and Web Program Manager in San Antonio, Texas
Job Description
Oversees the purpose and status of digital and mobile focused projects in a program and supports project-level activity to ensure the program goals are met. Actively supports and acts as a team leader for the Project Managers while on one or more projects are in progress and works with senior executives and management to manage and/or adjust the roadmap as conditions change. Monitors the overall progress of the program to ensure that the scheduled projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceptional quality. Acts as a team leader for assigned teams to deliver program related efforts; leading cross-functional teams to successfully drive projects to completion. Collaborates with Line of Business and Enterprise Technologies teams to plan and schedule program/project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Identifies potential conflicts in program and provides strategic solutions to ensure that timelines are met. Develops and maintains relationships across all departments within the credit union to ensure that there is communication and understanding of business and technology processes and capabilities. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values. Examples of Mobile and Digital projects are below:
* Mobile
* Supporting all the mobile app upgrades, and releases
* Supporting the implementation of new features on the app
* iOS and android
* Digital
* New products/features on the website
* Website - both sides internally and externally
* Member services website internally and externally

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of supporting projects and programs in the Digital and Mobile space
5+ years of combined program and project management experience
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business or comparable education and/or experience
PMP/PMI certification Experience supporting a bank or credit union null
