Team Member FF SA - 2nd Shift

Description

  • Operate molders, grinders, trim presses, testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipment

  • Perform hand operations such as trimming, assembly, soldering and packing

  • Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as required

  • Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards

  • Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)

  • Report quality defects

  • Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing

  • Packaging of products in accordance with instructions

  • As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times

  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis

  • Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion

  • Standing for majority of shift (Min 8 hour long shifts)

Significant amount of bending and twisting

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Customer service oriented

  • Previous manufacturing experience

Experience with automotive supplier, OEM, or plastics industry is a plus
