Overview - The Agency Support Specialist role is to provide rich support and maximize results for Agency Management. Agency Support Specialist will help in providing and maintain the relationship with 3 rd party outsourced agencies in regards to Latitude and AIM (Agency Interface Management) including, but not limited to system set up, maintenance, realignment, and allow for efficient use of all account placements, organizational effectiveness and performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities The Agency Support Specialist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Media pull

  • Zip account documents

  • Loading zip files to SFTP sites

  • Recall multiple accounts individually and in batches

  • Place multiple accounts individually and in batches

  • Research accounts that are not placing due to conditions on account

  • Validate placements and recalls

  • Gather placement and recall requirements

  • Respond to account inquiries for placed accounts

  • Create exception reporting

  • Audit accounts placed

  • Troubleshoot AIM issues

  • Assist with invoicing, researching discrepancies, and reconciliations

  • Maintain service levels

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and others)

  • Flexible and open to change in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years related experience.
