Description/Job Summary

Service Greeter possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the service drive; Our Service Greeters are service oriented, customer centered and focused on safety.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Greet customers on Service Drive; assist with getting in and out of vehicle

  • Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns

  • Introducing customers to their Service Advisors

  • Park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency

  • Help customers with minor task on service drive

  • Assisting customers with complimentary carwash; making sure that customer receives receipt, walk around is performed on vehicle before being taken to carwash.

  • Focus on safety

  • Maintains a professional appearance.

  • Keeps work area clean.

Required Skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
