job summary:

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst with intermediate experience and 3-5 years of experience in NOC (preferably) or enterprise Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be familiar with a variety of IT systems and tools.

location: San Antonio, Texas

salary: $27 - 29 per hour

work hours: 3pm to 12am

responsibilities:

Required experience:

  • Intermediate experience level with 3-5 years of experience in NOC (preferable) or enterprise Service Desk

  • Windows 2016 and up

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpenText Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), Network Node Manager (NNMi), Microsoft Systems Center Operations manager (SCOM), or other related monitoring tools

  • OpenText SMAX or related service management software

  • Familiarity with VMware, Network Circuits, Windows Server administration, helpdesk support and backup systems a plus
