This company offers great compensation, work/life balance and hybrid schedule for the right individual.The Audit Manager's responsibilities include:Leading and performing audits, including providing guidance and support to other team members:
Performing project management duties related to the planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing, and reporting the results of audit projects
Interacting with business owners to coordinate the audit and communicate findings and recommendations to business owners
Supporting the execution of Audit Plan, which includes financial (SOX), operational (markets), Corporate and IT audits as well as any ad hoc assignments, including special projects requested by management
Working closely with CAE and Audit Director on strategic projects related to risk assessment, risk management, data transformation and quality reviews
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
CIA preferred; Achieved or is working towards other professional certification such as CPA, CISA and CFE; Achieved or is working towards an advanced degree in a relevant field
12-15 years of related audit experience; Previous internal or external audit experience is preferred
Strong understanding and experience of internal controls and risk-based auditing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
