Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure the efficient operation of all facilities.

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead maintenance staff in daily tasks
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and electrical work as needed
  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external vendors
  • Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations
  • Must know how to work with gears.

Skills:

  • Proficient in welding, fabrication, and electrical work
  • Experience in supervising maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
