Manages the adjudication process for all academic and non-academic alleged violations of the student code of conduct and Title IX. Works to increase awareness within the college community regarding Title IX, ethics, self-advocacy, alternative dispute resolution, and civility. - Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Five years of experience coordinating student conduct and/or Title IX.
- Experience designing, developing and implementing successful training programs, plans, and services related to nondiscrimination and compliance.

- Master's degree.
- Three years of experience leading a student conduct/Title IX program and/or team at a higher education institution.
