Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be handling a variety of responsibilities, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Conduct reconciliations of accounts receivable

• Utilize accounting software systems to track and manage customer accounts

• Perform billing functions and record cash activity

• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data

• Work with Great Plains Accounting software for financial management

• Understand and adhere to all accounting functions related to accounts receivable. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Working knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Proficiency in MS Great Plains Accounting

• Experience in performing Reconciliations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
