Job Description:

1. Manage VRF products on quality improvement, product update and customized option design.

2. Work with cross-functional team on VRF projects development.

  1. Work with supplier to qualify all the refrigerant parts, provide technical specification and qualification requirement for manufacturing & sourcing team.

  2. Responsible for VRF product refrigerant system, reliability promotion and parts optimization.

  3. Responsible for making the new project testing plan and following up.

  4. Improvement of existing products and technical support for sales , production and after - sales.

  1. Complete the related job assigned by Manager on time.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, Thermal energy or cooling and other related majors.

  2. Over 5 years working experiences in related jobs.

  3. Abundant theoretical experience in assigned areas: Refrigerant system design, Heat exchange calculation, and system key parts selection ,etc.

  4. Be familiar with product development and evaluation processing.

  5. Factory working experience is a plus.

  6. Project management experience.

  7. Good computer skills.

  8. Strong communication & presentation & team working skills.

  9. Good communication skills (written, oral & presentation) in English.
