Job Description:

• Design and develop all manufacturing tooling. (Forge/Trim, Press, CNC, Assembly, etc.)

• Provide drawings, models, and all necessary engineering documents for all manufacturing operations.

• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing processes and manufacturing methods.

• Provide manufacturing decision making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

• Collaborate with outside sources for tooling design, design simulation, and tooling production as needed.

• Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes.

• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

• Performing risk assessments.

• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.

• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.

• Providing process documents and standard operating procedures.

• Monitoring upgrades systems.

• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Industrial/Mechanic/Electrical

• Experience: 2-3 years in manufacturing company, with some knowledge in Lean or Six Sigma.

• Leadership skill, good communication in English

• Computer software such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD

• Familiar with ASME standard, for example: Section IX, Section XIII, Section II

• and ASME certification for welding engineer will be advantage.
