The Equipment Operator position is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products. Here are some of the things you will do:
- Operate heavy equipment, specifically grader, track hoe, backhoe, loader or skid steer, efficiently, and safely.
- Excavate trenches, load trucks, grade sidewalks and building pads.
- Direct and teach laborers.
- Greases, oils, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools.
- Be an amazing team member on an amazing team

- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.
