University of Utah Web Designer & Developer in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

The Advancement Web Designer and Developer reports to the senior director of communications on the donor relations marketing and communications team. This position will be the point person for updating and evolving advancements giving site, a newly launched website designed to drive donor support for programs, scholarships, and additional funds across the University of Utah and University of Utah Health.The Advancement Web Designer and Developer will work with advancement colleagues representing the universitys various schools, colleges, departments, and programs to ensure that each areas giving page is operating efficiently. Additionally, this role harnesses web design and development experience to build new pages to support philanthropic outreach and awareness for new giving campaigns as they ariseapplying user experience and giving best practices for web to create an engaging journey across webpages to secure gifts made in support of the university.This position will closely collaborate with the Annual Giving web specialist to maintain and develop web functionality, design processes, and data collection with University Advancements content management system (CMS), Wordpress.
