The Information & Technology Services division needs a dynamic Sr. Identity and Access Management Engineer-Sr. IAM Engineer with hands on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (aka SailPoint IIQ) to work within a national service organization that supports the Identity and Access Management Program for the Federal Reserve System. Our group is comprised of a collaborative team that supports strategic initiatives such as identity and access governance, convergence of physical and logical access, cloud and mobile access and advancing emerging technologies for Federal Reserve Information Technology. Highlights of Responsibilities: Installation, integration and deployment of the SailPoint IdentityIQ (SailPoint IIQ) product Software customization Defect triage and resolution Incident root cause analysis Performance improvement and automation Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and-or functional level appropriate for the situation Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation Working with clients for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance Developing and delivering technical training designed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 7 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3 years of enterprise software implementation experience Experience with the following: Programming languages: Java, J2EE, BeanShell-JavaScript, JSP-Servlets, SQL. web technologies: XML, SPML-SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML Setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) directories (LDAP, AD) Knowledge of application servers - Tomcat, JBOSS, Web logic, Web Sphere Knowledge of network protocols (e.g. Transmission Control Protocol-Internet Protocol (TCP-IP), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Directory Services (e.g. Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)). Knowledge of the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model Enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with and collaborating with clients and partners. Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder with the intent to become a US Citizen. Preferred: J2EE certification is a plus. CISSP certification is a plus. Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus, RBAC.
