JONES LANG LASALLE AMERICAS INC Senior Project Manager (Industrial) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

JLL Salt Lake City is hiring for a new commercial/industrial project manager in their PDS group. You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering construction and renovation projects on behalf of clients. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful project completion with scope, budget and timeline.

This PM hire will be working primarily in the emphasis of commercial and industrial projects. Requires background history of manufacturing, warehouse, life-sciences type of projects.

This position requires residency in Utah and is a hybrid office environment between our downtown SLC office and home office. Minor travel is required, primarily visits to job sites as contracted.

Key responsibilities include: - Project Planning and Execution - Budget and Cost Controls - Stakeholder Management - Project Documentation and Reporting - Risk Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications: - BS degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field. - Proven experience as a project manager in construction or property development projects. - Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems and project management principles. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. MS Project is JLL gantt chart tool. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure - Attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills - Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and compliance requirements. - Knowledge or experience working with real estate brokers
