As Regional Director of Business & Sales Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) that drive top-of-funnel activities and will ultimately generate opportunity pipeline for the NA Enterprise sales team. BDRs are a group of highly ambitious prospectors and sellers that are focused on building new pipeline in new and existing accounts and scheduling meetings for their assigned Enterprise Account Executives.

You will work hand-in-hand with other leaders to build a program strategy that will help drive qualified pipeline and meetings. As the leader of the program, you will also be responsible for developing KPIs and coordinating with Enterprise Regional Directors to ensure the program is delivering impact across our enterprise territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and drive team to meet and exceed KPIs which include scheduling qualified meetings and sales qualified opportunities

  • Coach and provide feedback to BDRs in the areas of sales and personal development, direction, and focus

  • Successfully forecast and manage pipeline of entire team

  • Develop and execute quarterly account plans with reps

  • Conduct quarterly business review sessions with each sales rep

  • Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards

  • Provide ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of these

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits, and application of Lucid’s offerings

  • Understand the competitive landscape

  • Assist in the recruiting and training to grow and maintain a growing sales org

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)

  • 2+ years of sales management experience

  • Experience as an expert coach and leader

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM reporting, Tableau, Outreach, and other sales software solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications

  • Strong technical background

  • Experience managing a large team

  • Strong understanding of a sales methodology or process

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
