The Executive MBA (EMBA) program at the University of Utahs David Eccles School of Business is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional recruiting and admissions support in a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven environment. We are passionate about fostering meaningful connections, hosting impactful events, and providing top-tier customer service, and we are looking for someone who shares that same passion to support our Executive MBA students.As an Admissions Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with recruiting, admissions, and marketing staff to drive enrollment growth for our prestigious Executive MBA program. You will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies and build meaningful relationships with individuals and corporations. This position involves extensive phone, email, and in-person interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, faculty, and other University staff.This role requires a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build strong customer relationships, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy will be crucial to your success.This role is considered essential, requiring the employee to work on campus.
