Quality Assurance Representative We're seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Representative to ensure our high standards of excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: * Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders. * Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance * Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas * Document errors and mistakes using UETs * Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends * Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays What You'll Bring: * Communicate effectively with sales, customers, and warehouse teams Requirements * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment * Effective communication skills (email and in-person) * Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently If you're a motivated and detail-oriented * individual who takes pride in your work Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Warehouse Environment, standing and walking for most of the day * Regular lifting of up to 50lbs * Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required * Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance * We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $150 Why work for Codale Electric Supply?
