Job SummaryThe Department of Pediatrics in the University of Utah School of Medicine has an immediate opening for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. The Nurse Coordinator works with other team members in a team-based model of care, coordinating, planning, assessing, and evaluating care services to ensure safe and effective patient care. Additional activities include assisting with staff development/education specific to Adolescent Medicine, quality improvement activities, and performing other duties to facilitate coordination of care for patients.The Clinical Nurse Coordinator. will work with highly skilled team members to provide high value patient care in an organization focused on patient safety, patient and parent satisfaction and positive patient outcomes. As a team, our objective is to establish and maintain effective processes and collaborative working relationships.
